Follow strict standards on who receives welfare

It is “inhumane” to take drug addicts off of welfare? So if a drug addict kills they should not see any prison time because, after all, they can’t help their addiction? Poor drug addicts just can’t catch a break.

There should be strict standards for welfare recipients: Kids must have a 95 percent attendance rate in school, maintain C average, no arrests/drugs, no casinos, and if you start on welfare with two kids there is no increase for any additional. Right now a woman can have seven kids with six different men and be rewarded. Limit welfare to two years.

Welfare is supposed to be assistance and not a career path. We should motivate people to be productive and not dependent on government. But if we did that and increase the number of intelligent, independent, hard-working people, your Democratic Party would cease to exist, right?
