In response to Steve Kalman: Gay people are born that way; it is not a mythical choice. God made them that way.
Please don't give the pat answer that you hate the sin and not the sinner. You don't persecute and deny people constitutional civil rights by following Jesus Christ's commandment to love your neighbor as yourself.
Kalman quoted the Apostle Paul. He stated Christians should not get married unless they could not control their sexual urges.
Jesus said divorce is an abomination and God hates divorce.
Kalman ignores the Old Testament, U.S. Constitution and U.S. marriage laws, and invoke Judgment Day before God. Isn't that individual?
Jesus Christ said we are not to judge one another. Does this harmonize with Jesus' words?
Stop the persecution of gay people, Stop trying to deny them their civil rights. Leave the judging up to God.
Kalman's interpretation of the Bible is not everyone else's interpretation. This is why we have separation of church and state.
