Wow! The Porter County GOP tells us that county Democratic candidates (some not even in office) are responsible for cuts in public education. That is really a whopper!
The GOP, especially state Sen. Ed Charbonneau, state Rep. Ed Soliday, et al, slashed public education budgets and demonized our fantastic public school teachers. County politicians have absolutely nothing to do with this. Fact check it!
Except now, maybe Dan Whitten will have a chance to probe the unaccountable Valparaiso School Board for its mind-boggling mismanagement of the Valparaiso Community Schools budget. (Losing $3 million dollars?) No wonder they are launching this desperate attack against Whitten in particular.
My head is still spinning form the brazenness of this garbage.
