As I read Sen. Dan Coats's column on dodging the Affordable Care Act, I wondered how long the minority will attempt to thwart federal law.
The American people voted for President Barack Obama in 2008 when he ran on his health care reform platform. The American people re-elected Obama in 2012.
Coats's response is Republicans' best chance is the 2014 mid-term elections to win the Senate? Is he kidding? The American people have decided.
The definition of tyranny is when a minority attempts to rule the majority. Please obey federal law.
On the other hand, uninsured Hoosiers can take Gov. Mike Pence's advice and rely on hospital emergency rooms for health care -- resulting in overwhelming debts, bankruptcy and the inflation of costs to the insured. Great idea, guys!
