Gun control puts citizens at criminals' mercy

The national Democratic Party is a disgrace and a danger to America.

It has been at war for a long time against the Ten Commandments and the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. Now it is engaged in a shameful, hypocritical and emotional vendetta against the Second Amendment, which protects the freedoms of our American way of life.

In a showdown between the NRA and President Barack Obama, I proudly stand with the NRA -- the defender of American values and the rule of law.

The present socialist leader in the White House is best described in Psalm 55:21: "His speech is smooth as butter, yet war is in his heart; his words are more soothing than oil, yet they are drawn swords."

When guns are controlled, honest, law-abiding citizens are at the mercy of criminals and politicians. Just look at Chicago and Washington, D.C.
