A recent issue of The Times had a wonderful article about he fact that St. John residents will get a month free from paying sanitary fees. But wait, there's more! St. John's sanitation fees are going to be reduced.

Hammond, on the other hand, will be jacking up sanitation fees by $2 beginning in November! Are we picking up St. John's tab? Can someone in charge please look into this newest way to bilk an already financially distressed population?
