I smiled when I read Harold Neil's letter regarding Hammond Tech. He said what I have been thinking for a while now.

I find it funny that people think they are having a "revelation" about opening technical and vocational schools. Neil is right; they never should have closed Tech.

Not everyone wants to go to college, and I'm pretty sure a lot of Tech grads earned a nice living by what they learned in high school. Proud Tech graduate, 1964.
