If you are in prison and staying clean and healthy, you shouldn't need health care.

Yes, people do get sick, but when you're with a bunch of strangers you should try to stay clean and sanitary.

I understand there are many germs and people do get sick, but where would the money for the health care come from when there are people in there who haven’t had a job in a long time? A lot more people need health care more than criminals.
