I have a bone to pick with those foolish women

What I heard on a morning talk show was unbelievable. They had a top-notch podiatrist from Chicago discussing women's feet.

American women are buying Italian shoes but American women have larger feet than Italian women, and the manufacturer is making shoe sizes that fit Italians.

This podiatrist said women are practicing mutilation of their toes in order to fit into these smaller sizes. If I were them, I would forget about this because sometimes problems occur when the bone is removed. The doctor stated when putting on hosiery, the small toe will bend without the bone, causing undue pain and complications.

These shoes cost $800 a pair. Good grief.
