In mid-March I informed NIPSCO its contractor had damaged my lawn. Two men from NIPSCO came out and said it would be repaired in two weeks. It wasn't.
In early May I called NIPSCO again. No results as of June 1. Does this mean I can be as irresponsible about paying my electric bill on time?
Two more calls by July 16 and still no response.
