On Aug. 9, at the McDonald's on 61st and Broadway, I witnessed a person who appeared to be verbally and physically abusing the individual she was entrusted to care for, a young man she referred to as Corey.

He is four to five feet tall, slight of build, and wore an upper and lower connecting harness around his body. He might have a behavior of lowering his pants.

The so-called caregiver was driving a recently purchased private vehicle with a paper license plate.
