In response to an article about the president's trip to Africa and visit with Senegal's president, I took my flag down.

My father was a P.O.W. in World War II. My brother and I are drafted Vietnam vets. The current president does not represent my father, brother and me.

The flag represents honesty, courage, integrity, morality and trust in God.
