IEDC tax credit is smarter than Obama's loan

The article about the $175,000 tax credit from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. to ConAgra Foods fails to go far enough. Because this tax credit is in the form of a reward for actual jobs created, it shows the great difference between how we do business in Indiana vs. the type of performance for which the Obama administration is famous.

One needs only to look at the recent giveaway of taxpayers money to the near-bankrupt solar panel business with absolutely no tie to performance of job creation. It is this fine decision that will cause this country to sink or swim as we claw our way out of the current job mess.
