Indiana House Dems were wrong to walk out

February 02, 2012 12:00 am

Democratic state reps are cowards who consider deserting their posts OK! They are in breach of contract with the people of Indiana for which they have accepted payment to represent.

They were not forced into service but chose to play in this game. They are paid to play on the field and in the arena provided. They are not paid to run and hide from their responsibilities because the other team is too tough.

I was taught you don't give up because things aren't going your way. Work through situations and do the best you can. We have to make decisions every day and don't get to walk away.

If you don't have the courage to face the fire, then quit so we can replace you with someone who will courageously represent the people no matter the score or opposition.
