It's a shame to move Virgin Mary icon in St. John

I'm an agnostic. I think all organized religion is a joke. Religion should be in your heart, not in a $10 million building.

Christians have been running this country since the beginning. And look what mess it's in.

Every time a new church is built, it comes off the tax rolls. Who do you think makes up for those tax losses? Cedar Lake is a small growing town, yet it has 13 churches listed in the phone book.

But as much as I am against organized religion, I think it's a shame the Virgin Mary statue is being moved in St. John. I've been there many times, and it gives me a good feeling.

I have a very close companion who has great faith that I wish I had. She always helps me when I have questions. Thank God for her.
