If E-911 is not settled, why is an ad running for deputy director? (Times classifieds, Oct. 20).

If Indiana has surplus money, why must the Cline Avenue bridge be a toll road?

Why does Porter County need a council and a commission?

Why are two newscasters needed to read during newscasts?

What happens to those arrested for "driving while suspended" or "failure to appear?"

Fundraisers abound. Why are we no closer to cure for cancer, diabetes, etc.?

Why can't politics be put aside and let the elected Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz see what she can do with the educational system?
