I have noticed that comics on TV increasingly ridicule and insult Jesus. As a Christian I resent their poor judgment and find this insulting.

"Saturday Night Live" had a skit about Jesus rising from the dead and then killing His enemies with an assault rifle. Not amusing!

Steven Colbert often portrays Jesus as a wimp and makes insulting comments about Him.

On a recent standing comic show, the comedian started his gig by stating Jesus was a myth and never lived, etc. I presume he never heard of the Roman historian Josephus, who lived at the time and recorded about Jesus. Rather than listen to that comedian, I turned the channel!

We need to make these people know we do not appreciate their sick and insulting humor! Our early Christians died to defend Jesus' honor. The least we can do is call or write the program to stop!
