Like Ed Lewis (letter to editor from Sept. 8), I moved here from another state. I share his comments regarding the vitriol directed against President Obama by Hoosiers whose letters are published in this newspaper.
However, it's not only our elected president who is under undue attack. It's any elected Democratic state official who may possibly have an agenda different from the Republican governor's.
Case in point: Glenda Ritz. Why not let her do the job for which she was elected? The voters had spoken and chose her platform over that of her Republican opponent. It's not ethical for the governor to undercut her by siphoning power away from her and putting it into the hands of people appointed by him.
