I agree with Patricia Jongsma that it's not necessary to charge out-of-towners $2 a day to walk Lincoln Center.
I am a resident of Highland, and a lot of the people who walk there are older citizens on fixed incomes, and $40 to $50 a month just to walk is huge.
If anything, let seniors 62 and older walk for free.
