Medicare policy on ER drugs hasn't changed

2013-11-05T00:00:00Z Medicare policy on ER drugs hasn't changed
November 05, 2013 12:00 am

This letter is in regard to Medicare cutting back on medicine in emergency rooms.

If you look back at your previous Medicare books you will see coverage for the emergency room visit has not changed in regard to "self-administered drugs in the ER."

This has nothing to do with Obamacare or cuts to Medicare; the coverage is the same as it has been for the last several years concerning emergency room self-administered drugs.
