When President Barack Obama was inaugurated in 2009, Republican leaders vowed to make him fail even though the economy was in the most dangerous collapse since 1929 through 1932.
Support for the banks, bailouts of the auto industry which saved the auto industry in the U.S. and billions of stimulus gifts to the state budgets stabilized the economy, and jobs began to return.
All was accomplished even though Republicans vetoed (filibustered) more than 300 bills, many of which were Republican ideas in the first place.
In November, 51 percent of the voters had the intelligence to re-elect Obama. The negative opinion letters continue. One writer declared the voters ignorant and the votes fraudulent, revealing a towering conceit.
Many of the voters in several states had to stand in line for many hours because Republican state legislators attempted to limit voting hours for working people.
Obama is a good, caring president.
