Obamacare is stepping on our rights

Yes, Daniel Hallowell, you are wrong! We live in a free country and have our rights. We also have our own responsibilities.

When government tells us we must buy health insurance and, if not, we will be penalized, that is them stepping on our rights.

Obamacare is not universal insurance. The insurance companies are in the mix, and people in urban cities will pay more than ones in rural areas. And the middle class again will be stepped on by fewer tax discounts than the poorer class. Where is the fairness there?

Instead of using a large risk pool, many risk pools are in the mix, so there is no fair universal premium.

I say bravo to the Republicans in still fighting this sad bill. And shame on people like Hallowell.

Laws exist when people cannot monitor their own responsibilities. I looked in the mirror and did not see "Stupid" on my forehead!
