I find it quite funny that Indiana Republicans constantly vote against their own self-interest as they, without any inhibitions, elect these Republican governors who in return do nothing to better the state.

Last month's article showcased Indiana's many low health care rankings, very near the bottom where a state like Mississippi roams constantly. Mississippi, by the way, is governed by another Republican.

Both governors could so easily join the health care expansion and bring much needed help to very many needy people.

At the same time, these same people call our president everything but a child of God and spit vitriol toward all Democrats.

I say to those people, wake up; Republicans only care about the rich. Open your eyes.

Oh yeah, Gene Wolfe, of Lansing. African Americans will pay homage when reparations are paid first. Get a clue!
