Parents are root of problem with troubled teens

This is a very bad situation with no end in sight until the parents of these gang members start doing their parental duties. It starts at home!

We have teens and older women giving birth to multiple children they can't afford or don't want to raise. They don't want to be bothered with them.

All children are born innocent, and it's up to parents to teach them and raise them in this matter. Not schools or police, the parents!

When you you have uncaring parents who let their children sleep until they feel like waking up and run the streets selling drugs and committing murder, there won't be a change.

A gangbanger makes more money in a day than a good kid working at a fast food place for two or three weeks. They make their own hours, no time clocks.

There is help out there, but the parents and children don't seem to care.

Get to the root of the problem — the parents. How many of the parents are on drugs?
