Parents need more active role in kids' upbringing

Schooling begins at home, by the parents. Take time to teach your children all the values and aspects of growing into an adult. This is up to the parents, one on one. Not in a classroom full of children with one teacher!

Present times dictate if a teacher looks at a student cross-eyed the teacher gets slapped with a lawsuit. In the days when I attended school, when I got reprimanded by my teacher I got more punishment at home. I deserved it, and it made me think twice about doing it again.

The problem these days is many of the parents are lazy and let the children do what they want. How many youngsters are involved in crimes today?

Teachers no! Parents yes!
