I am legally blind and walk sidewalks guided by my white cane. I also have a pinched nerve in my lower spine that causes numbness in my legs and feet. The numbness disappears when I sit for a few minutes.

Nearly two years ago, I built a flat, rectangular, wooden bench and set it two blocks from my house so I could rest while walking. After moving to a new house, this front yard bench went missing. I built another and set it in the front yard, and it’s still there. I built a third bench and set it at the southwest corner of the intersection of Peachtree and Chamblee, a block off Sturdy Road. This bench disappeared also.

Now when I limp down the sidewalk to that corner and need to sit down, my bench is not there.

If someone took it, please return it. Please let us live together in mutual respect. Thank you.
