Tony Bennett should be charged for violating Hoosiers' trust.

He altered the grading system of charter schools to accommodate the grades of a particular charter school (whose owner happens to be a large donor to the Republican Party).

This is no different than a political kickback and is unfair to the public school systems and the children of Indiana.

Former Gov. Mitch Daniels has responsibility in this matter also because it happened on his watch.

Political favoritism is unfair and should not be tolerated by the citizens of Indiana regardless of their party affiliation.
