Postman always rings twice, but not so the UPS driver

I've spoken with the UPS driver, sent two letters and even spoke with them at their office to no avail. Three more of my packages were left out overnight in the rain because UPS refused to ring the doorbell when they drop off packages.

Our mailman always rings when a package arrives. Maybe the post office should earn extra money by showing UPS where the doorbells are on homes!
