Frank Postulka is a long-time Highland resident who, along with his wife and children, has been active in Highland schools. He has followed the School Board actions and recognizes the need to build the educational values needed by Highland student and families with new ideas, directions and accountability.

His background in computers and IT will be helpful in bringing the school system into the modern world of technology. He is financially conservative and dedicated to investing the financial resources to provide for a sound and well rounded opportunity for all of its students.

Change is needed in the leadership and direction of the school system so Highland can return to a position of quality education. It is time for change.

This is an opportunity to bring new leadership, experience and direction to the Highland schools if you vote for Frank Postulka for School Board.
