Have you noticed the number of dollar stores that have sprung up like weeds?

Is this part of the "hope and change" we were promised -- high unemployment and depressed wages that we, like sheep, will ultimately learn to accept? It's definitely the result of all-powerful governmental control, which sucks the life out of the free-market economy to pay for its expanding welfare state.

Last year, President Barack Obama stopped using the term "shared sacrifice" because people were beginning to understand his depressing vision of our future. So now Team Obama has created phony "wars" -- on women, minorities, the wealthy -- all of which are designed to tear our society apart, as the radical left always does. So the president who promised to unite us continues to do just the opposite: spread hatred, mistrust and misery.
