Unprecedented level of support for Gary again?

I guess the level of support Gary got through the Richard Hatcher years wasn't enough! An unprecedented level of support that to this day has never been accounted for.

So now the federal government will throw more taxpayers dollars into these models of Democrat success: Gary, Cleveland, Detroit and Memphis.

So what government programs, entitlements and high taxes (the platform of the Democratic Party) have created, or should I say destroyed, needs more programs and federal funds (taxpayer dollars) to repair?

When will politicians learn the ladders of opportunity are already there? The problem is people don't have to climb them when they already get the same benefits if they don't!
