Put all state employees on Health Indiana Plan

Gov. Mike Pence and Indiana Senate President David Long distrust the federal government on the Affordable Care Act.

Pence states, "I think standing firm on the Healthy Indiana plan because it's right for Hoosiers is the right decision!"

Since the governor and his political allies wish to move Medicaid to the state-run program by passing the federal program, they shouldn't object to eliminating any medical program that exists for all Indiana elected officials, appointed officials, merit officials, civil service employees and disclaim any medical benefits from other sources and place all of the above into the Healthy Indiana Plan, thus ensuring this program will not suffer the same fate Medicaid is now in. With all Hoosiers tied to the Indiana plan, it will benefit the state as a whole, when everyone could lose if plan is corrupted!
