This certificate is proof home schooling and charter schools are the answer to public schools.

I wanted to thank you for letting my son write for The Times. He really enjoys doing it. I always hear comments from people I know on what Ray writes. Most of it is good.

What's really funny is that Ray's 6th grade teacher kicked my son off the school paper. At that time she stated to Ray that no one would want to read what he writes about. I guess Ray proved her wrong!

The great thing about this is that I make sure I send his articles to Scott School in Hessville and remind her of what she said. I also remind her I'm so glad my son didn't listen to her and kept writing.

Ray is heading for Purdue University Calumet next year, and then on to change the world.
