Republicans need to shed their Tea party influence

I'm a Democrat and always have been, although I never had any worry whenever we had a Republican president. But lately things have really changed.

The Republicans now have really become cuckoo. They have put out such poor candidates for office, who come out with such outlandish statements. They must have some better men or women they could put up for candidates.

I think they have to let the Tea Party start their own third party and Republicans get back to where they used to be. If not, they are really in deep trouble.
