Romney needs to offer more specifics on ideas

Now that Mitt Romney has laid down what he plans to do with foreign policy, it is even more important that he details exactly what he plans to do and how he intends to pay for it.

Twelve new ships a year for the Navy? At what cost? More money for defense even when the armed services have not requested it? Does he have investments in the ship building companies? Is it also hidden in the Cayman Islands?

He has been so vague and has offered no concrete ideas or figures. Once again he is stretching the truth and lying about everything as he morphs into yet another idea to please another group of people from whom he wants a vote!

Since the time he spoke without reservation about the 47 percent of the country, calling them moochers, we will not forget how he really feels about the "other" half of the country; yet he wants, actually needs, our votes!

We expect direct answers and honesty from all of our elected officials. After all, they serve because of our votes.
