The United Nations and the Obama administration are gearing up to get a Senate vote approving compliance with the proposed Arms Transfer Treaty. This will mandate tracking of guns and possible confiscation.
The Constitution states that law must harmonize with the intent of God-given rights under the Bill of Rights. However, recent lame-brained decisions by the Supreme Court have demonstrated how easy it is to stack the deck with activist justices even if they should have recused themselves, such as Elena Kagan.
Contact your senators and let them know the Second Amendment states "The right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed." The Second amendment was intended to protect us from power-hungry governments.
