Using right-to-work logic, make state taxes optional

Here's the way that I figure that we can all be happy with the Right To Work proposal. We who object to paying state taxes should refuse to pay taxes! All of the people who still pay the taxes will do so because "it is the right thing to do," and they will have the choice to improve their state by continuing to support it with taxes.

We who choose not to pay will still demand all the services our state owes us, because after all we live here.

This will result in job growth for the state. What industries would not prefer to set up a business where paying the taxes to support the state is optional? Think of how many employees they can choose from because people will flock here for jobs so they don't have to pay the state tax! A win-win for all of us!
