Vote Republican if you favor lower tax rates

May 20, 2013 12:00 am

We have only two alternatives. We vote Democratic in the next election for higher taxes, or we vote Republican for lower taxes.

Remember, the Democrats have given us a new tax of 1.5 percent, which will soon go up at their whim. We keep putting Democratic politicians in jail in the region, but we poor voters keep voting them back into power.

We just had a city councilman plead guilty to kickbacks. Are you getting any kickbacks? The bank only pays about .02 percent on my meager saving account. Thus, I'm going broke at a much faster rate.

However, if you have a lot of money to waste, vote Democratic and see Democratic politicians' paychecks go up.
