“U.S. prosecutors will seek execution of marathon [bombing] suspect,” the headline said. Likely this man, if guilty and convicted, should be executed.

However, our courageous Attorney General Eric Holder must now also consider the case of Major Nidal Hasan and insist on swift justice, confirming the military trial jury’s death sentence recommendation.

Do you really believe this same Holder will insist on swift justice for unrepentant Major Hasan, who murdered 13 people and wounded 32 others at Fort Hood in 2009? It is highly unlikely.
