I really enjoyed Gary Ziolkowski's recent letter in which he contends President Barack Obama is individually dragging down his administration.

Gary writes that Obama is with the facts that seem more fictitious than real. One that struck me hard was that he contends that the war in Iraq was a success.

Invading a country -- based on lies, where 100,000 innocent Iraq citizens were killed, 6,000 American soldiers died, costing us billions of dollars --  for what?

In Iraq people have been dying, it has been reported, by terrorist attacks. Peace and democracy?

Was it the war that disgraced our country?
