Begin by sitting on a mat, crossing one leg over the other and open up your knees in opposite directions so that it creates a "diamond" in the middle. Slightly lean back in a C-sit position so that your core is engaged. Hold out your hands in front of your chest while keeping one heel on the ground. Lift your legs straight up to your forehead using your lower core, while stabilizing your torso. Slowly breathe out as you lower your legs back into the starting position and your heel touches the floor.
