Designed to motivate participants to improve their overall physical fitness, the program consists of five categories—body weight, body fat percentage, strength, endurance and flexibility. Each participant begins with a pre-test in each category and concludes with a post-test to measure improvement. The participants with the greatest improvements will win their division.

Nationally ranked, All-American Triathlete Chris Wickward helps train participants for the Optimist Triathlon in Warsaw, Ind. on June 29 during this 10-week training session. This two-year certificate training teaches child and adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on a child or adult.
