The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Indiana Northwest Chapter presents a special 6-hour workshop with national presenter Laura Fredricks JD, LLC on Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 7:30 to 3:00pm at Ivy Tech Community College at 3100 Ivy Tech Drive, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383. The workshop entitled "The Ask" is designed for fundraising professionals of all levels, executive directors, and board members. The focus is on maximizing time and talent to raise major gifts in every aspect of fundraising. Fredricks is an acclaimed international speaker on topics such as fundraising trends, leadership and nonprofit management. She has been featured on Katie, Better TV, Dr. Steve, WGN, and within Shape, SELF, Women's Health, Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones.
The Registration fee of $75 for AFP members and $95 for non-AFP members includes, refreshment breaks, lunch, and all workshop materials.
Pre-registration with payment is necessary by Thursday, March 21, 2013.
