Welcome to “Starcast” – a remarkable look into what the Cosmos has in store for the 12 sun-signs. Always an exquisite event to be in awe of, a New Moon (new starts) occurs every month throughout the year. That’s predictable. What isn’t predictable is the stunning difference between each and every New Moon. And their incredibly different time schedules.

This approaching New Moon is a classic example. Just last Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 11:56 p.m. (ET), the Sun (personal endeavors), left the impetuous sun-sign of Aries, the Ram, and entered the deliberate and detail-minded sun-sign of Taurus, the Bull. That’s wonderful, because everyone, worldwide, has Taurus ruling one of the 12 houses within their own birth chart. No one is excluded. The result: Everyone is directly affected by whatever planetary activity is taking place in this particular

sun-sign. It’s one of the primary reasons that your Life – and everything in it – has the chance to rearrange itself – and move forward.

It Gets Better: Then, on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 2:15 a.m. (ET), the New Moon (when the Sun and the Moon are in perfect alignment within the same sun-sign) occurs in this same possessive and determined Taurus, the Bull. Never to be treated lightly (worse still, ignored), the New Moon (every New Moon) offers a fresh opportunity to take charge of your Life by utilizing the invisible power present in the atmosphere (the air all around you) to manifest your goals and long-held desires. Keep in mind, however, that holding negative thoughts about the past will block those great new starts from coming through to you as new ideas, new opportunities, and/or a favorable change of circumstances.

Visualize a numerical (1 through 12) clock. That’s the zodiac wheel; that’s your own birth chart. And each pie-shaped wedge (6 to 5 o’clock, for example) is a house, an area of activity (love, money – in every currency imaginable – work, and so on) in your day-to-day existence. Know that this powerful sun-sign influence (the New Moon in Taurus) now permeates your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Use it well.

Here’s how the New Moon (new starts) in earthy Taurus, the Bull, influences the 12 sun-signs within the 12 houses of the zodiac wheel.

ARIES March 21-April 19

Your 2nd House: Income, Possessions, and Lifestyle. Before you start, be certain that all your facts and figures are in order. This applies to any new project or to any longstanding task, yet to be completed. SIDESTEP a reluctance to become involved in current situations.

TAURUS April 20-May 20

Your 1st House: Personal Efforts and Endeavors. This is the perfect time to initiate close-to-the-heart projects – whatever form they take. It’s the start of your own personal New Moon – and that’s inspirational! SIDESTEP being too low-key for new and interesting developments.

GEMINI May 21-June 21

Your 12th House: Private Matters and Secret Strategy-Planning Sessions. Take your time – and choose your areas of interest and action, carefully. Much can be accomplished during this cycle, but you must have a sound game plan. SIDESTEP being distant when total involvement is the Key.

CANCER June 22-July 22

Your 11th House: Your Secret Agenda, which always contains the desires-of-your-heart. Not one ever knows what they are. But you do, since you think about them constantly. Time now to take action. SIDESTEP being distant; your brand of closeness will work wonders.

LEO July 23-August 22

Your 10th House: Your Career, Its Content, and Its Direction. Focus on your latest objective – and be sure that both your research and additional material are correct. If they are, let no one stand in your way. SIDESTEP being reclusive when the center of the stage belongs to you.

VIRGO August 23-September 22

Your 9th House: Contacts, Plans, and Projects – near and at a distance. Travel may be involved – even if it’s travel of the mind. Detail (a favorite) is at the center. Stay with this, as it will prove extremely beneficial. SIDESTEP being unavailable; let others be able to reach you easily.

LIBRA September 23-October 22

Your 8th House: Revitalization – mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual. Time now to slow down – and be quiet. Means that your usual communications should be put on hold. Regaining your sense of balance is the objective. SIDESTEP being too casual for circumstances.

SCORPIO October 23-November 21

Your 7th House: Agreements, Special Arrangements; even, the desired Contract. Stand your ground! Not in a hostile way, but in a firm and alert way. Then, at the right moment (you’ll know it), move in for the winning play. SIDESTEP going over past situations, best forgotten.

SAGITTARIUS November 22-December 21

Your 6th House: Your Working Environment as well as Your Relations with Associates and Co-Workers. Pay close attention to what others are doing. And then, go off in your own independent and result-getting way. SIDESTEP losing your temper – with the wrong people at the wrong time.

CAPRICORN December 22-January 19

Your 5th House: Close Relationships and Creative Matters. This is your favorite time of the year – and your favorite New Moon. Take advantage of this delightful time when whatever, and whomever, really matters to you – is close by. SIDESTEP sarcasm – yours or someone else’s.

AQUARIUS January 20-February 18

Your 4th House: Your Base-of-Operations – where-you-live and where- you-work. This is an important time, as your security is involved. Think this situation through. Then, take action only after you’re comfortable with your final decision. SIDESTEP overlooking some very good ideas.

PISCES February 19-March 20

Your 3rd House: Opening the Lines of Communications. There’s not a minute to waste. Whether it’s by e-mail, text, or phone (a letter works, too), you reach out to others. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. SIDESTEP being difficult – because situations allow you to be.
