Welcome to “Starcast” – an exciting look into what the Cosmos has in store for the 12 sun-signs. Everything has rules, including our solar system. Here’s one of them. Before a New Moon (when the Sun and the Moon are in perfect alignment within the same sun-sign – thereby, bringing about new starts) can occur in any sun-sign, the Sun itself must be in that sign. No exceptions. Case-in-point: the Sun entered Aries, the Ram, last Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 7:02 a.m. (ET). And two days ago, Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 5:36 a.m. (ET), the New Moon (new starts) occurred in the same Aries, the Ram. What makes a New Moon so appealing (aside from its favorable influence) is that each New Moon is so different. And this difference impacts dramatically on everyone, since no one is excluded from those marvelous new starts.

Always of Interest: Wherever you find Aries (who must be Number One in all things – sports, sales, fashion, theater, Life itself) in the birth chart (every birth chart), there – in that particular house – the individual must lead, take charge, have the finest ideas, create the best strategy; and, of course, win! Anything else is unacceptable. It’s also from this house (there are 12) that the individual wages war on whatever scale necessary and by whatever means called for (thank you, Mars – Aries’ ruling planet)to secure its goal. All that promises a vivid and energetic April 2013.

Look at a numerical (1 through 12) clock. That’s the zodiac wheel that’s your birth chart, too, in which each pie-shaped wedge (3 to 2 o’clock, for example) is a house – an area of activity (love, money – in every currency imaginable – work, and so on) in your everyday world,

one of which Aries, governs. And know that this influence (a New Moon in Aries) is actively at work, bestowing upon you an enormous supply of verve, dash, drive, and high-level energy aimed right at success!

Here’s how the New Moon (new starts) in the dynamic Aries, the Ram, affects the 12 sun-signs within the 12 houses of the zodiac wheel.

ARIES March 21-April 20

The 1st House: Your Personal Endeavors. All eyes are on you. And why not? With style, the New Moon in Aries, your sun-sign, marks the start of your personal New Year. Look for new involvements and favorable developments! SIDESTEP going over past situations that no longer exist.

TAURUS April 21-May 20

The 12th House: Confidential Matters and Secret Strategy-Planning Sessions. And you’ll discover that your latest research efforts dominate those all-important strategy-planning sessions. Working alone could be a possibility, now. SIDESTEP overlooking some new and excellent ideas.

GEMINI May 21-June 20

The 11th House: Your Secret Agenda, which contains the-desires-of-your-heart. Think well, pace yourself, and take care that you don’t rush into anything. New opportunities may be much closer than you imagine.

SIDESTEP allowing a bleak take on situations to invade your thoughts.

CANCER June 21-July 22

The 10th House: Your Career and Advancement. Follow through on late-breaking calls, text messages, and meetings. Advance now with style and enthusiasm, as this New Moon demands your time, interest, and

considerable involvement. SIDESTEP sarcasm – yours or someone else’s.

LEO July 23-August 22

The 9th House: Contacts, Plans, and Projects – near and at a distance. This is definitely an outstanding cycle. All forms of communications, as well as travel (short and long-distance), exist. Decide which is most important, now. SIDESTEP losing your temper – at the wrong moment.

VIRGO August 23-September 22

The 8th House: Revitalization – mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual. Realize that this New Moon will lead you out of restriction. That’s great, as long as you allow yourself to forge a new path to results and to right outcomes. SIDESTEP a reluctance to step into the light.

LIBRA September 23-October 22

The 7th House: Alliances, Agreements, and Special Arrangements. Time now to be the fearless You, as you discover that the moment has come to make a commitment – of some sort. However, do not sign, unless you’re

truly comfortable. SIDESTEP being indifferent when interest is the Key.

SCORPIO October 23-November 22

The 6th House: Your Working Environment. Let yourself be the energetic You, as you blaze a stunning trail throughout all work-related matters. Know that it’s time to obliterate those out-dated methods and conditions.

Do it! SIDESTEP being unapproachable; worse, completely unavailable.

SAGITTARIUS November 23-December 21

The 5th House: Close Relationships, Creativity, and Speculation – takinga chance. Don’t waste a minute. Involved now are two possibilities: a close relationship and a creative matter. Advance now! You do have

planetary backup. SIDESTEP disappearing at the most inadvisable time.

CAPRICORN December 22-January 19

The 4th House: Your Base-of-Operations – where-you-live and where-you-work. New developments now surface. Even though high energy exists all around you, go slowly. And be as diplomatic as you can possibly be. It’ll bring the results that you desire. SIDESTEP being difficult to reach.

AQUARIUS January 20-February 18

The 3rd House: Communications. Your brilliant mind blends well with the aggressiveness of Aries – and those well-aimed calls, e-mails, and text messages hit their mark. Just be certain that you’ve touched base with everyone. SIDESTEP hiding out – when center stage belongs to you.

PISCES February 19-March 20

The 2nd House: Your Income, Possessions, and Lifestyle. Go for clarity now, as the direct approach is the one to take. Have your facts and figures close at hand. And rely on your innate ability to face all issues head-on. And win! SIDESTEP whatever, and whomever, distracts you.
