Welcome to “Starcast” – a fascinating look into what the Cosmos has in store for the 12 sun-signs. Even young school children know that our solar system has the most energetic – and the most dynamic – of all travel schedules. Consider, for example, the way in which the planet, Pluto (transformation), glided effortlessly from one sun-sign – the adventure-loving Sagittarius, the Centaur (half human/half horse) – to the next, the conservative and persevering Capricorn, the Mountain Goat (forever climbing up the narrow mountain ledge toward success), last November 26, 2008 – for approximately 14 years! That’s amazing, as Pluto in Capricorn now makes its way forward until November 19, 2024 – except for a brief stint back and forth through Aquarius, the Water Bearer (pouring the waters of Truth on humankind), from January 20 to September 1, 2024 – before finally leaving Capricorn for Aquarius on November 19, 2024 (definitely, a “Starcast” for another time).

Noteworthy: Pluto (co-ruler with the planet, Mars – raw energy – of Scorpio, the Scorpion) originally entered Capricorn on January 25, 2008 (there was a spin back and forth through Sagittarius – where Pluto had been for 14 years, prior), and now creates the stunning effect of Pluto’s concentrated and life-changing energy gliding forward through whatever house (there are 12) that Capricorn rules in your birth chart.

In your mind’s eye, see a numerical (1 through 12) clock. That’s your birth chart. And each pie-shaped wedge (5 to 4 o’clock, for example) is a house, an area of activity (love, money – in every currency imaginable – work, and so on) in your day-to-day world, one of which Capricorn rules in your birth chart. Now, know that this influence (Pluto in Capricorn) arrives amid vivid circumstances to teach you about ongoing change. The result: A new way of thinking, of being, of handling all matters. It is pure transformation – no matter who you are or where you are.

Here’s how Pluto’s lengthy spin through Capricorn, the Mountain Goat, affects the 12 sun-signs within the 12 houses of the zodiac wheel.

ARIES March 21-April 19

The 10th House: Your Career and Its Advancement. At this moment, your thoughts are firmly focused on work-related contacts, plans, and projects. Even your personal life, which is usually all-important, must now fit into your career and its direction. SIDESTEP being distant.

TAURUS April 20-May 20

The 9th House: New Plans and New Projects – near and at a distance. You’re totally consumed with an assortment of new ideas – and at least one major project; possibly, two. What matters most now is reaching new heights. SIDESTEP hiding out – when center stage belongs to you.

GEMINI May 21-June 21

The 8th House: Revitalization – mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual. Quiet and focus now permeate this sector, as you take whatever steps are called for to advance your close-to-the-heart cause. SIDESTEP chilliness; warmth, on your part, promises to work wonders.

CANCER June 22-July 22

The 7th House: Special Arrangements and Collaborative Efforts. When you want to, your remarkable ability to oversee meetings and conferences surges to the forefront. Review all alliances now; touch base with the significant ones. SIDESTEP disappearing – at the most inadvisable time.

LEO July 23-August 22

The 6th House: The Work Scene – which includes your relations with close associates and those who work for you. Since you’re a natural leader, you’ll now welcome the opportunity to restructure the whole scene. SIDESTEP being indolent – because situations allow you to be.

VIRGO August 23-September 22

The 5th House: Close Relationships, Creative Matters, and Speculation – taking a chance. You’re now amazed – and quietly, quite happy – by the incredible developments that are revolving around you, and your way of doing things. SIDESTEP overlooking some new and superb ideas.

LIBRA September 23-October 22

The 4th House: Your Base-of-Operations – where-you-live and where-you-work. Invoking your well-known light touch – and being true to your love of partnership – are perfect. Go it alone, within; stay close to others, outside. SIDESTEP a bleak take on situations that invade your thoughts.

SCORPIO October 23-November 22

The 3rd House: All Forms of Communications. The object now is to advance all that you hold dear. And during this cycle, what you say, how you say it, and to whom you say it – is much, much easier than you originally thought. SIDESTEP being indifferent when interest is the Key.

SAGITTARIUS November 23-December 21

The 2nd House: Your Income, Possessions, and Lifestyle. Take a good investigative look at your entire lifestyle. And dare to change whatever needs to be changed – and embrace whatever you really like about your whole way of living. SIDESTEP sarcasm – either yours or someone else’s.

CAPRICORN December 22-January 19

The 1st House: Your Personal Efforts and Endeavors. Transformation is definitely at work in and through your Life. Welcome it, work closely with it, and, of course, keep your own counsel. You’re still the last word. SIDESTEP losing your temper – with the wrong people at the wrong time.

AQUARIUS January 20-February 18

The 12th House: Private Matters and Closed-Door Strategy-Planning Sessions. You’re always at work behind-the-scenes – and on private matters, too. Good! Now is the time to put together a fabulous plan of action. SIDESTEP a reluctance to commit to any new undertaking.

PISCES February 19-March 20

The 11th House: Your Secret Agenda, which always includes obtaining the desires-of-your-heart. And this cycle is no exception, except now you have some superb planetary backup. Relax and go with the flow. SIDESTEP going over past situations and involvements, best forgotten.
