Welcome to “Starcast” – an extraordinary look into what the Cosmos has in store for the 12 sun-signs. Here we are, again, in one of those interesting times when the Sun enters the next sun-sign in one month – and the New Moon (when the Sun and the Moon are in perfect alignment within one of the twelve sun-signs) occurs the following month. Case-in-point: Several weeks ago, on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 7:02 a.m. (ET), the Sun (personal endeavors) entered the glamorous and seductive sun-sign of Pisces, the Fish. And in several days, on Monday, March 11, 2013 at 3:51 p.m. (ET), the New Moon (new beginnings) will occur in the same Pisces, the Fish – setting up a powerful force field that unfolds favorably over a following 12-to-14-day period during which it’s the ideal time to initiate new plans and new projects.

Noteworthy: This is the enchanting sun-sign of Pisces, the Fish (one swimming upward toward the light; the other, downward toward the deepest and the most obscure part of a sandy Ocean floor), ruled by the mysterious planet, Neptune (insight and illusion). Certainly, Neptune is among the most subtle and unpredictable of planets – as it represents beautiful dreams and dreadful nightmares – possibly, at the same time. Whatever your sun-sign, know that this New Moon affects you directly – because Pisces governs one of the twelve houses in your birth chart (also known as the zodiac wheel).

Visualize at a numerical (1 through 12) clock. That’s the zodiac wheel – that’s your birth chart, too, in which each pie-shaped wedge (5 to 4 o’clock, for example) is a house – an area of activity (love, money – in every currency imaginable – work, and so on) in your everyday Life – one of which Pisces, governs. And know that this influence (the New Moon in Pisces) continues 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and never stops – even when you’re asleep or not consciously thinking about it.

Here’s how the New Moon (new beginnings) in Pisces, the Fish, influences the 12 sun-signs within the 12 houses of the zodiac wheel.

[ARIES] March 21-April 20

Your 12th House: Secret Strategy-Planning Sessions which involve Close-to-the-Heart Projects. This is an important time – the cycle right before the New Moon in your 1st house of personal endeavors. Pull plans and projects together now. SIDESTEP too many voices; too much activity.

[TAURUS] April 21-May 20

Your 11th House: Getting-What-You-Want. And there are, indeed, several items that you want very much. Outline them, visualize them, and then, allow them to exist on the invisible plane. Follow your own intuition now – and be receptive. SIDESTEP any uncertainty about a particular issue.

[GEMINI] May 21-June 20

Your 10th House: Career, Gain, and Advancement. During this New Moon cycle, glide silently forward. Your own incredible intuition now proves to be an excellent guide. And keep going, as you retain your own counsel in all situations. SIDESTEP a resistance to listening to all points-of-view.

[CANCER] June 21-July 22

Your 9th House: People, Plans, and Projects – near and at a distance. The most vital thing is that you remember what you’re capable of – in every sense of the word. It’s advisable now not to take another step until it’s the step you want to take. Then, take it! SIDESTEP tactless remarks.

[LEO] July 23-August 22

Your 8th House: Revitalization – mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual. Allow your brand of insight to permeate current situations, conditions, and involvements. New developments prove beneficial now. SIDESTEP replaying, in your mind, the negative thoughts of the past.

[VIRGO] August 23-September 22

Your 7th House: Alliances and Special Arrangements. Your sense of exactitude is invaluable now, for your timing proves to be perfect. Still, do not allow yourself to be forced into any agreement that you do not absolutely love. SIDESTEP any hesitation to take the next step.

[LIBRA] September 23-October 22

Your 6th House: The Work Scene, Its Content, and Its Direction. The slow and easy pace, now in Pisces, suits both your mood and your style. Take care that you apply your time and energy only to work-related matters. Play is for another time. SIDESTEP a reluctance to consider alternatives.

[SCORPIO] October 23-November 22

Your 5th House: Close Relationships and Creative Matters – of all kinds. What’s important, at this point, is that you know what – and whom – you truly want. Before you do anything, be certain that you have utter clarity about everything. SIDESTEP your ability to criticize so skillfully.

[SAGITTARIUS] November 23-December 21

Your 4th House: Base-of-Operations – where-you-live and where-you-work. Here, home and home-related matters leap to the center of your existence. Stay put and sort out present-day situations. You’re the only one who can do this. SIDESTEP your disinterest in ideas not your own.

[CAPRICORN] December 22-January 19

Your 3rd House: All Forms of Communications. Whatever form they take – calls, e-mails, text, meetings – you can now structure a fabulous new plan of action. Subtlety is involved – and none of the fine points escape your attention. SIDESTEP sending mixed signals to those now involved.

[AQUARIUS] January 20-February 18

Your 2nd House: Income, Possessions, and Lifestyle. This is a favorite activity of yours, as you go about developing – and increasing – various sources of income. No one knows the details of this venture – except you. And you’re not about to share. SIDESTEP suddenly losing your temper.

[PISCES] February 19-March 20

Your 1st House: Personal Efforts and Endeavors. This is a superb place to be. Luxuriate in all the positive things now in your Life. And forge a new path, confident in the fact that you have strong planetary backup. Be outgoing! SIDESTEP depression when optimism serves you best.
