Welcome to “Starcast” – an amazing look into what the Cosmos has in store for the 12 sun-signs. This is one of those complex cycles in our solar system when the Sun enters the next sun-sign at one point – and days later, the New Moon occurs in the same sun-sign. Case-in-point: Earlier this week, on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 9:59 p.m., the Sun entered the vivacious sun-sign of Gemini, the Twins. And the New Moon (when the Sun and the Moon are in perfect alignment, signifying radiant new starts), will take place next week, Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 1:40 p.m., in the same mischievous and forever-young Gemini, the Twins. And all this unrelenting activity has a direct effect on everyone. It matters, not in the least, where you exist on Earth.

And here’s why: Everyone (remember, no one is excluded) has the delightful, playful, and dynamic sun-sign of Gemini, the Twins, ruling one of the twelve houses within their own birth chart. So, everyone is influenced – in a very personal way – by whatever planetary activity occurs within this particular sun-sign. And the upcoming New Moon next week (which unfolds beautifully over the 12 to 14 days that follow)

will supply the perfect time frame in which to initiate new ideas, new concepts, new plans, new projects; certainly, new relationships. The prescription for success is a simple one: Focus – with ease and steadiness – on the idea, the concept, the plan, the project, and/or the relationship. With simplicity of thought and action, do whatever needs to be done. Wait. Repeat, if necessary. Adjust, if needed.

Now, about those houses. Visualize a numerical (1 through 12) clock. That’s the zodiac wheel – that’s your birth chart. And each pie-shaped wedge (10 to 9 o’clock, for example) is a house, an area of activity (love, money – in every currency imaginable – work, and so on) in your day-to-day world, one of which Gemini, the Twins, governs in your birth chart. Now, know that this influence (the New Moon in Gemini) offers an incredibly fresh opportunity to adjust your Life significantly. Now.

Here’s how the New Moon (new starts) in dazzling Gemini, the Twins, affects the 12 sun-signs within the 12 houses of the zodiac wheel.

ARIES March 21-April 19

The 3rd House: Expressing Your Point of View. Stay completely aware now of what’s taking place in your Life, personally and professionally. And then respond, quickly, using whatever means necessary to get your message across. SIDESTEP going over past involvements, best forgotten.

TAURUS April 20-May 20

The 2nd House: Your Income, Possessions, and Lifestyle. It’s important that you stay both optimistic and focused during this cycle. Much can be gained as well as advanced – in several key areas. But your undivided attention is called for. SIDESTEP being too low-key for conditions.

GEMINI May 21-June 21

The 1st House: Personal Efforts and Endeavors. Right now, your close-to-the-heart desires matter a great deal. In fact, everything now hinges on what it is that you really want. Concentrate on that – and go after it! SIDESTEP a dismal take on certain situations that invade your thoughts.

CANCER June 22-July 22

The 12th House: Private Matters and Closed-Door Strategy-Planning Sessions. Preparing for the exciting initiation of new plans and new projects next month, in July, should be all that you’re working on. Stay with it! SIDESTEP being indifferent to late-breaking developments.

LEO July 23-August 22

The 11th House: Your Secret Agenda. Remain quiet about your newest goals and objectives. They’re not completely developed, yet. And you may not yet know who, exactly, can you trust. In fact, say nothing! SIDESTEP allowing your focus to wander when total interest is required.

VIRGO August 23-September 22

The 10th House: Your Career and Its Advancement. This works well, especially if you remain low-key about your plans until you present them. Your brand of conservatism is a very good quality, indeed! SIDESTEP losing your cool – at the wrong time, with the wrong people.

LIBRA September 23-October 22

The 9th House: People, Plans, and Projects – near and at a distance. Stay in close and confidential touch with those who matter the most to you. A new endeavor now stands a very good chance of succeeding. SIDESTEP overlooking some excellent ideas from an outside source.

SCORPIO October 23-November 21

The 8th House: Revitalization, on all levels – mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual. Flexibility, on your part, is called for. Allow it to be smooth and effortless. You can do it, especially if a new and absorbing goal is involved. SIDESTEP sarcasm – your or someone else’s.

SAGITTARIUS November 22-December 21

The 7th House: Special Arrangements; even, the sought-after Contract. Keep all your options on the table. There’s much to be gained now from several current opportunities. Even a brand new and unexpected one is quite possible. SIDESTEP being difficult during ongoing discussions.

CAPRICORN December 22-January 19

The 6th House: Your Working Environment. Everyone seeks your help. However, it’s vital now that you do not spread yourself, your ideas, and your energy in too many directions. Give yourself some of that invaluable backup. SIDESTEP being distant and unapproachable.

AQUARIUS January 20-February 18

The 5th House: Close Relationships, Creative Matters, and Speculation – taking a chance. This is a thoroughly fun cycle, so allow it to be. Live, Laugh, and Love – something that you do very well – when you want to. SIDESTEP hiding out – when center stage clearly belongs to you.

PISCES February 19-March 20

The 4th House: Home. Included, here, is your base-of-operations – where-you-live and where-you-work. Be aware that you can change everything for the better – if you pay attention to what’s being expressed by those involved. SIDESTEP chilliness; warmth truly saves the day.
