The National Chocolate Show announced today the preliminary lineup of conference programming, led by industry leaders from the National Confectioners Association (NCA), Blommer Chocolate Company, Mars USA, World Cocoa Foundation, and more.
As the first trade show dedicated solely to the chocolate industry, The National Chocolate Show will run in conjunction with the consumer Chicago Fine Chocolate Show as the only dual trade and consumer event created to educate and drive advancement in the chocolate industry among both trade professionals and the public alike.
The National Chocolate Show and Chicago Fine Chocolate Show will be held simultaneously in Festival Hall B at Chicago’s Navy Pier on Friday, November 16 through Sunday, November 18.
