Wine 101- This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn about wine. Whether novice wine taster, winery employee, or casual wine drinker, this introduction to the world of wine will help you decipher wine labels, and understand varietal differences, and grasp “grape geography”. It will enable you to converse about wine without intimidation. The course is taught by Ruth Ryberg, Certified Sommelier and owner of Don’t Whine Do Wine. Course is six weeks and will conclude with a wine-tasting. Must be 21.
